QA Dept: Legally Blind

Foreign Correspondent from Belgium
Your correspondent was looking at this post from Nick Hodges (source) and examines a program which sets groundbreaking standards in EULA compliance.

Delphi Application Generator
This unique application claims that it creates applications. "No IDE is required. DA Generator has its own compiler." (source) Your correspondent wonders how?

It has it's own DCC32 generator. Wow. That's amazing! A copy of Delphi redistributed with Delphi-Generator.

Your correspondent wonders how much it costs to redistribute Delphi in such manner. Since they probably sold hundreds of copies (source: ShareIT referals information), that must be either royalty-free or some special licensing agreement with Embarcardero.

This application sets a new standard in EULA license reading: The developers of DelphiGen are either legally blind or in full compliance of the Delphi EULA.

Since some people from Embarcadero reads this blog, I'm sure someone will pick this up and post some clarification on this blog.
