I cannot find an email link to anyone that might be watching this web site. It needs help !
For a test I hit the Help | About just above and it took 35 seconds to respond. That is criminal and its been this way for YEARS. It must be embarrassing for a connectivity company to have this poor of connection.
On the other hand they might just not know about it..."
